A tenured journalist in the packaging community, Matt Reynolds became Chief Editor of Packaging World in 2018. In recent years, Matt has helped conceptualize and launch events like the Packaging Recycling Summit, Robotics Live and Local, and numerous webinar, e-book, video, and podcast formats and platforms. He regularly speaks on packaging at events ranging from materials and sustainability to equipment trends and robotics. With PMMI Media Group since 2014, Matt’s earlier career included leading editorial roles at Baking Management, Modern Baking, as well as contributing to multiple machine tool and fabrication publications. Prior to Packaging World, he was also Editorial Director of PMMI Media Group’s OEM magazine, and served in custom media and custom research roles. Matt graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a masters in journalism from Roosevelt University.
