Hi, I'm Chris. I'm with Polypack, and today I'm standing in front of our new innovative unwrapper machine. We designed this machine to help variety packers automate a process that is typically done by a series of manual laborers with knives, so this process will cut and remove film automatically from single-flavor trays. We begin that process with a blade underneath, so we make one clean cut under the tray. We advance to a lug conveyor that allows us to cut the front and rear faces of the tray. And then we advance to what we call the herringbone conveyor, which advances the tray forward and it removes the film from underneath the tray. Immediately following that we have station four, where we have a special vacuum conveyor that will pick the film from the tray and remove it and place it into a receptacle.
