JLS Talon Systems can be integrated with existing packaging lines, or as a complete “turn-key” packaging system.  An integral part of any Talon system, the Impulse Multipick end of arm tool (EOAT) has been developed to achieve higher picking effectiveness, greater throughput speeds, and improved food contact suitability.

Easily configured to integrate with numerous infeed and packaging machinery configurations. Impulse EOAT (mechanical or vacuum) handles meat, poultry, and dairy products (USDA approved); frozen and prepared foods; candy, molded and enrobed chocolate; bakery products, cookies and crackers. High reliability is provided by the ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker.
