The Opti-Flow from Triple/S Dynamics uses a state-of-the-art vision system and software that scans the surface profile of the material as it is conveyed, to collect real-time data on the material cross sectional area and velocity to calculate the volumetric flow rate.

The Opti-Flow can be integrated with conveying systems without modifying the layout of the existing equipment. It can be provided with a variety of mounting options. It can be used in conjunction with an existing in-process weighing system to monitor product bulk densities for quality assurance. Applications include snack foods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and plastics.
