It’s also designed to be self-contained, with each component firmly locking together whether the unit is set up or knocked down. This keeps the sleeve and lid together at all times, reducing loss, separation, or damage to components. Pallet base and lid are constructed of 0.25 ga thermoformed HDPD with optional steel inserts. Standard unit is available with 1,000mm x 1,200mm footprint, 36” sleeve height, and 42” total assembled height, and knocks down to approximately 12½”H for easy transport and shipping.
