Revised dietary guidelines in the offing
USDA has been working hard on its sixth revision of its dietary guidelines used by millions of Americans as a reference point for healthful eating. An updated version of the Food Guide Pyramid that often appears on food packages will be unveiled in February, following the release of the guidelines themselves in January.
