Incorporated into machinery and equipment to monitor and lock gates, doors and similar access points, the IDEC HS1T interlock switch with solenoid delivers 5,000N of locking force. The metal head integrates the locking and mounting functions to prevent it from breaking away. Two rotary cams control the locking mechanism, while a third drives the door monitor contact. The switch meets the ISO 14119:203 requirements for lock monitoring.
