Automated Packaging Systems: Military spec packaging film

Automated Packaging Systems introduces its MLT1 and MLT2 heat-sealable packaging films that conform to military specification MIL-DTL-117H as Type II, Class C, Styles 1 or 2 and MIL-PRF-121G, Type 1.

These nine-layer, coextruded films have excellent barrier properties, are extremely strong, and are ideal for waterproof and greaseproof applications. The moisture vapor transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate of these films are very low. MLT1 film is opaque and MLT2 film is clear. Both are 4 mils thick and support printing and imprinting directly on the bag. A built-in sealant layer facilitates high-quality seals on Autobag packaging systems. Film is suited for packaging bearings, seals, and O-rings for rugged military applications.
