Aesus will demonstrate its AesSort 200 Bottle Unscrambler at PACK EXPO International 2026, Oct. 18-21 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The machine will be operating in Booth S-1656.
Designed for the beginning of packaging lines, the AesSort 200 automatically sorts, orients, and feeds containers downstream at speeds ranging from 80 to 200 bottles per minute. Its large infeed hopper and quick-change segments support consistent container feeding while reducing manual handling and upstream interruptions that can affect production time.
The system features a 35-cu.-ft. infeed hopper and 48-in.-diameter infeed drum with quick-change, snap-in segments for changeovers. Built-in scales and dial indicators support repeatable setup, while a touchscreen HMI and PLC provide recipe management. Backup sensors pause the machine when downstream containers accumulate and restart operation after the backup clears.
The AesSort 200 uses an enclosed frame with interlocked doors that stop the machine when opened. An available ionized-air rinse station can invert containers and remove cardboard, plastic particles, and other debris before the containers continue through the packaging line.
