A Rotary Feeder System with Vacuum Conveyor feeding leaflets, and a Feeder solution printing on paper pouches. In Booth 2103, Pineberry Manufacturing Inc. is excited to be demonstrating their innovative automation solutions for packaging, labeling, friction feeding, and paper media handling.
“As a member of PMMI, Pineberry Manufacturing Inc. is excited to be exhibiting at PACK EXPO Southeast 2025,” states David McCharles, President of Pineberry Manufacturing Inc. “At PACK EXPO, our team is excited to be showcasing our automation solutions for Labeling, and Dot Jet Printing”
Equipment on Display at PACK EXPO Southeast:
Rotary Feeder Machine and Label applicator for Leaflets: A custom system feeding a paper media “Leaflets or lids” through a rotary feeder will then drop the “Leaflets” onto a vacuum conveyor. The vacuum from the conveyor will hold the paper “product” in place while it passes underneath a label applicator. The applicator will place a “Label” onto the paper “leaflet ” (in the same place on the lid each time). Once the “label” has been applied to the “leaflet,” it will pass under a camera system that will a) verify that the label is present, b) verify that the label has not been duplicated, and c) verify that the label is in the correct orientation. If there is no “label” present or the “label” is duplicated or in the wrong orientation, the “leaflet” will be rejected into a bin. If the lid is deemed “good” by the camera system, it will travel to an elevator magazine for operator handling.
Friction Feeder Autoloader Solution with Dot Jet Printer and catch tray (Printing Paper Pouches): A Pineberry system designed for stacking, singulate, feeding , and coding batch-barcode numbers on paper pouches. This feeder can operate at speeds between 80 – 200 products per minute, depending on the media size and ink type used.
