Post f/f/s screw-cap applicator for gabletop cartons

Touted as the first screw-cap applicator that applies a cap to a carton after the f/f/s process, Elopak's (New Hudson, MI) Pure-Pak® Post Applicator applies a screw cap to gabletop cartons at speeds to 50/min.

Adjusts for carton heights from 8 to 64 oz. Caps are directed into a feeder, transported to a pusher and loaded into water-cooled cap anvils. Once there, caps are held in place while they're heated, placed and sealed onto the carton at each of eight stations on a rotary indexing table.
