The VPP 450 vertical form/fill/seal Wolf Packaging Machine from Inland Trade (Miami, FL) is designed for large, heavy bags with a maximum 5.3-gal capacity.

Suitable for free-flowing, pourable and paste-type products. Bags can range in size from roughly 3" W x 4" L to 18" W x 24" L. Machine reaches speeds to 80 bags/min. A duplex version, the VPP 450 Duplex (shown) is said to reach speeds to 160 bags/min.
