Johnson Controls' Plastics Machinery Division's (Manchester, MI) new "S" Series of injection/ blow-molding machines provide up to 25% higher cavitation than their predecessors.

The 135-3S, 189-3S, and 238-3S use 52" tie-bar spacing, 8" wider than prior models. In addition, the machine center of pressure is increased to 21". New models come with mechanical safety stops under the table, pneumatically operated trigger bars and face-seal O-ring hydraulic fittings. Can be outfitted with the company's Maco 800 or Maco 4000 microprocessor controls.
