An automatic bag palletizer from Simplimatic Eng. (Lynchburg, VA) employs air flotation technology to create compact loads weighing up to 70 lb and measuring up to 14" x 30".

Produces bags at speeds to 35/min. Suited for a wide range of bagged products including grains, fertilizer, pet foods and coffee beans. Combines automatic rotating and pushing devices with low-volume, high-pressure air tables to eliminate manual orienting and palletizing.

New toilet bowl cleaner pods from Gove Co. use 38% less PVA and are sold in a certified home-compostable pouch, replacing the brand’s earlier metal tins.

The adhesive volume is now electronically controlled with the new equipment using 24V signals to activate the electric valves, instead of adjusting the volume using nozzles and pneumatic pressure.
