PTFE-coated foils

Insul-Tab (Woburn, MA) has developed custom-fabricated release liners made of foil coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon®.

These liners can be used in food pack-aging and electronic applications where chemical inertness or a nonstick surface are required. Can be fabricated in sizes from 1/2" to 18" wide, from 1 to 15 mils thick, with the PTFE coating as thin as .0005".
