BluePrint Automation Announces New CEO, Reaffirms Core Values

After more than three decades at BPA, including 23 years as CEO and 8 years as president of the U.S. division, Martin Prakken is stepping down as CEO, and effective October 2, Gijsbert Dezaire will assume the role of CEO .

In their continued role as majority shareholders, Prakken and his wife Juliette will maintain a close and active involvement in the company. Their commitment to keeping this a family-owned business and upholding the values that have guided BPA’s success will remain steadfast. BluePrint Automation remains committed to providing its customers with the best solutions, on time and with vertical start-ups. Prakken will assume the position of chairman of the board and continue to work together with the team on technology and innovation.

Dezaire brings more than 20 years of MD/CEO experience to the company. Having served the last two years on the supervisory board, he is already very familiar with BPA. More importantly, Prakken and Dezaire have known each other for many years and share the same philosophy when it comes to serving our customers and the company culture.
