The PT-IF-Auto uses PLC-control to provide hands-free automatic net weight tote filling. It delivers electronic net weight filling with SPC for high accuracy and greater throughput.
The machine also includes: top fill or bottom fill machine (for foamy products) operation; large color touch screen control panel (HMI); recipe generation software to easily create, store, and select product recipes for fast product changeover; wide choice of wetted parts that supports a variety of filling applications; and multiple combinations of in-feed and out-feed conveyor layouts.
