Intermec (Everett, WA) has introduced a low-cost line of hand-held laser scanners that focus on ergonomics and durability. Sabre 1550 (undecoded) and 1551 (decoded) are designed for a variety of applications, and they offer long range, high-visibility and high-density capabilities, says the company.
