The CleanFREEZE freezer offers high-volume freezing, chilling, and cooling of a range of packaged and individual quick-frozen (IQF) food products, such as bakery, handheld snacks, trayed ready meals, and frozen pizza. It is available with an open sanitation system that defrosts, rinses, washes, disinfects, and dries the unit in less than 4 hr.
