The system has applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries for both lab and in-line measurements. System consists of an oxygen sensor that is attached to the inside of the package and a read-out device that is connected to an existing PC. Uses optical technology to determine oxygen concentration by measuring the fluorescent energy.
