Synerlink opens parts service office in South Carolina

Synerlink USA General Manager John Koke will lead the newly formed team focused on parts fulfillment.

Synerlink, Barry-Wehmiller's form-fill-seal packaging solutions company, announces the opening of its U.S.-based spare parts operation in Duncan, SC. Synerlink USA General Manager John Koke will lead the newly formed team.

“Creating a U.S. parts service is the logical next phase for Synerlink to provide our customers with world class service and support,” says Koke. “By doing so, it makes it easier for our U.S. customers to order parts.” Customers now have a direct line to a domestic customer service team.

The Duncan team expands the service offerings that Synerlink provides to the U.S. region, adding parts fulfillment to the field service and sales support already available. Koke concludes: “We look forward to this exciting new phase in the development of Synerlink globally and here in the U.S.”
