The horizontal or vertical configuration case packers reduce operator interface and manual labor by automatically lifting and orienting knocked-down case bundles. Multiple 48-in. bundles can be staged and are automatically fed into the case magazine. The VCP bottom loader for napkins has an auto KDF bundle-lift system with a packing speed of 12 cpm. The HCP horizontal side loader for rolled product has an auto KDF system with speeds of 20 cpm.
