The new Optima MFL is an extremely flexible modular linear filling machine.

Integration possibilities for systems can include as many as 6 Optima SD auger fillers, static-weigh systems, vibratory systems for compacting product, as many as 6 Optima weighing heads, and variable transport and dosing technologies. Benefits include movable modules on overhead rails, which allow for quick changeover, a control cabinet that integrates into the machine frame or positions separately, and in-line static weighing technology for container checking. Filler achieves outputs as high as 200 containers/min, depending on fill volumes and transport systems. System can also be used as a monoblock machine for filling and closing.
