Consists of a main frame with fixed side panels that accommodate two or three counting modules. Each module has six channels that are 22-mm-wide. Delivers 100% accuracy with guaranteed outputs up to 150 bpm, based on 100-count bottles. The actual speed depends on the bottle neck and product flow as well as the overall shape and size of the product.

The simplicity of this machine design allows the operator to accomplish fast changeovers with repeatable set-ups, using no tools. With removable modules, the machine simplifies cleaning and reduces maintenance costs. The design eases operation with limited settings on the machine interface.•€¨•€¨
