The Sleeve Seal MRS Series Auto Splicers offer uninterrupted, continuous label application even at the highest speeds. The two- or six-reel, front-loading design allows the labeler to be safely and conveniently loaded by the operator while the machine is in full operation.

With controls that monitor how much film is left on a roll, the MRS-6 Auto Splicer will automatically splice the near empty roll and transition to a full roll while the last of the film runs through the integrated accumulation festoon. Once the splice has been made by the MRS-6 Auto Splicer, the operator can safely replace the label roll and prepare another splice in less than two minutes.

Label rolls are loaded on low lying shafts that feature pneumatic bladders to hold the roll securely. Status indicator lighting makes it easy to identify full or empty label stations. The MRS-6 Auto Splicer is easily managed by operators and produces long runs improving production efficiencies.
