Triangulated or "L"-corner tray designs with display openings and flaps, rollover panels, corner caps, stacking tabs, etc., can be formed at operating speeds from 15-25 trays/min, depending on size and configuration. Trays are formed with stationary compression of all glue bonds to ensure reliability and stability of the finished trays.
