Breakthrough in certification of compostables
In a memorandum of understanding with the Intl. Biodegradable Products Mfrs. Assn. (IBPMA) and the IBAW (a German interest group for degradables), the certification organizations AIB-Vincotte (Brussels) and DIN-Certco (Berlin) have agreed to harmonize their certification schemes for compostable products.
