Called PACK to the Future: An Interactive Journey Through Packaging, this will be a professionally curated “destination” exhibit occupying 30,000 sq ft in the west wing of McCormick Place. PMMI plans for an engaging, educational exhibit that covers a timeline of 1900-2025, with displays of historic packaging equipment, packages, photos, multi-media presentations, and speakers. Any brand owners in possession of historical items that could be loaned to PMMI for the duration of the exhibit are encouraged to contact Packaging World  Editor Matt Reynolds at [email protected]. Assets that would be considered include historical significant packages, photos, and video footage.
