
ConAgra Foods, Inc., Omaha, NE, has launched its Ro*Tel brand Ready-to-Eat Queso Dips in hot-filled, custom-molded, polypropylene cups. The cups are thermoformed by Printpack, Inc. (www.printpack.com) at its Williamsburg, VA facility, and they're labeled with 2-mil PVC, 8-color rotogravure-printed shrink labels supplied by Printpack's Seal-It, Inc. division.
The consumer-convenient, 12-oz, reclosable cup packaging offers high-shelf-impact billboard graphics for point-of-purchase appeal. And the labeling incorporates a special adhesive, applied during the printing process, that ensures high-integrity adherence to the microwaveable cups.
