Jonathan Quinn is no longer serving as President and CEO of the U.S. Plastics Pact. The Board thanks Jonathan for his leadership and wishes him all the best in his next endeavors.

Crystal Bayliss will lead the USPP as Interim Executive Director. Crystal brings deep experience to this role, having served as the USPP Director of Strategy and Engagement since 2023. She has worked in plastic packaging and sustainability roles for nearly two decades and previously participated in the USPP as an Activator.

The USPP’s mission, priorities, and work continue without interruption. Roadmap 2.0 continues to guide the organization’s efforts, with staff and partners convening stakeholders, advancing solutions, and driving progress across the plastics value chain.
