WeighPack Systems proudly welcomed more than 310 packaging and processing industry leaders to its Montreal headquarters this week as host of the 2026 PMMI Annual Meeting, bringing together professionals from across North America for networking, knowledge sharing, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of the industry's leading packaging automation organizations.
The event featured a unique facility tour experience designed specifically for PMMI attendees. Participants were divided into groups and guided through five themed stations throughout the WeighPack Systems campus, each highlighting a different area of expertise and innovation within the Paxiom Group family:

- Production Process – A Full-Course Experience of the Production Lifecycle
- Food Automation – Serving Food Production Facilities
- Cannabis Automation & Engineering Innovation
- Service – The Recipe for Customer Loyalty
The tour experience provided attendees with a firsthand look at the people, processes, technologies, and customer-focused solutions that support manufacturers across a wide range of industries.
The event opened with welcoming remarks from Ben Wong, President of Paxiom Group and Mark Conforti, Director of Operations & Aftermarket, who introduced guests to WeighPack Systems and the broader PFT family of companies. Together, they shared the organization's history, growth, and commitment to advancing packaging and processing technologies through innovation, collaboration, and customer partnership.

Beyond the facility tour itself, the event served as an important forum for industry leaders to exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and discuss the trends shaping the future of manufacturing and automation.
