PAC Worldwide Corporation, an expert in flexible packaging products and solutions, continues its tradition of innovation with the introduction of its patent-pending Fixed Release Liner, designed exclusively for the WicketPAC® flat poly mailer. This new feature optimizes the packing process by eliminating the need for packers to remove and dispose of release liners, offering a safer, cleaner, and faster workflow.
The Fixed Release Liner is affixed to the wicket header, where it remains attached throughout the packaging process. By eliminating the extra step of removing the liner, packers can speed up fulfillment and improve throughput by up to 20%. This feature also reduces the clutter and safety concerns often associated with loose release liners, streamlining operations for high-volume e-commerce companies, distributors, and couriers.
The WicketPAC mailer is available with third-party certified, 50% recycled content. It is one of the many recyclable options in PAC Worldwide’s diverse line of poly and paper mailers.
The mailers can be vertically mounted or placed on wicket stands, maximizing workspace flexibility. Constructed with ultra-tough, moisture-resistant, coextruded polyethylene, WicketPAC is both durable and lightweight. Its tamper-evident, self-seal closure ensures package security, while the film’s tear and puncture resistance provides maximum protection for shipped goods. Optional features such as dual peel-and-seal closures enable customers to easily reseal and reuse the original packaging, promoting hassle-free returns and reducing waste.
