Information sheets from Chase-Logeman (Greensboro, NC) detail the FCC line of automatic liquid filling and screw capping. The FCC line can fill and apply the screw cap in successive operations while the normally unstable container is controlled in the starwheel.

The container is completely closed before it is returned to the conveyor. The FCC units can run up to 70 containers/min.
