Ball screw models of PHD’s electric actuators are designed for high performance, while the lead screw design provides lower tier performance at a significant cost savings. Precision ball screw or lead screw models are offered in two lead configurations per size, optimized for speed or thrust performance. PHD Plus linear solutions offer Your Motor, Your Way, a configurable system that allows users to easily power the unit with the motor and controls of their choice. Motors are mountable in an inline or foldback configuration.

The Series ECV Electric Cylinder’s new lower cost lead screw design is available in five sizes with up to 750 mm travel lengths, are available in rotating and non-rotating rod versions, and come with IP50 ingress protection.

The Series ESK/ESL Electric Thruster Slide’s lower cost lead screw design is available in five sizes with up to 700 mm travel lengths. Comes in long or short bodies for application flexibility, and delivers rigid construction with high thrust and speed capability, and a high degree of repeatability.

The Series ESG Electric Gantry Slide’s new lower cost lead screw design is available in five sizes with up to 750 mm travel lengths, delivers long travel, high load capabilities, as well as rigid construction with high thrust and speed capability, and a high degree of repeatability.
