The 7i is suitable for applications in virtually every industry, including medical device, pharmaceutical, packaging, consumer products, automotive, aerospace, and others.

The indicator interfaces with Mark-10’s existing Plug & TestTM range of remote sensors. All calibration and configuration data is saved within the sensors’ smart connectors, not the indicator, allowing for true interchangeability. Force sensors are available in capacities up to 10,000 lbF (50 kN), and torque sensors are available in capacities up to 5,000 lbFin (550 Nm).

The 7i features an industry-leading sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, producing reliable results for extremely quick-action tests. Up to 14,000 Hz continuous data capture and storage, with memory for up to 5,000 readings, eliminates the need for data acquisition hardware and software. The indicator also features a uniquely programmable footswitch command string, break detection, and 1st / 2nd peak detection. For productivity enhancement, the 7i can automatically output data, store data, zero the display, and stop a Mark-10 motorized test stand upon the completion of several event types. A userdefined unit of measurement can be configured for special applications.

The 7i indicator is supplied in a cushioned carrying case with AC adapter, rechargeable battery, USB cable, resource CD, certificate of conformance, and user’s guide.
