Injection molding machines

Boy Machines (Exton, PA) introduces two 28-ton injection molding machines for the manufacture of small precision parts, with seven shot capacities ranging from 14 to 64 g.

Model 25M uses the company's microprocessor-based closed-loop Procan Control® for all machine velocities and pressures. Model 25D comes with Dipronic® digital, proportional, electronic closed-loop system for all machine pressures. The 25 Series machines use a rigid clamping system and larger platen than previous 22 Series for improved precision, yet with similar economy. Models are said to minimize the number of moving parts, reduce wear, enable precise mold alignment and facilitate mold setup.
