The new Cartridge Inking Method, utilizes 16 oz. disposable cartridges which will offer quick ink changeovers, and decreased machine downtime when compared to previous methods of Ink management.

Our open cavity Doctor Blade delivers precise metering and consistent ink laydown on all medical packaging substrates. The InkWell™ is equipped with quick disconnect nodes which allow the unit to be removed and cleaned in minutes. The combination of Ink Cartridges, and an InkWell will allow an operator to change ink on the FlexPrint in under 5 minutes.

The FlexPrints are designed for high quality printing on Tyvek, paper and all poly films found in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries, and easily retrofit all horizontal form-fill-seal Packaging machines. With the addition of a Cartridge Inking method, and an InkWell™, the FlexPrint is now the easiest Flexographic printer to operate.
