JAS Forwarding Worldwide, a freight forwarding and logistics provider with U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, was using a “major vendor” in the space that charged $0.14 per minute per participant, and the company was using about 20,000 minutes costing $3,000 per month. The company switched to another vendor (Zoom), tripled its monthly usage to 60,000 minutes and, according to Dan Snodgrass, global marketing manager, “our costs remain lower” than the prior vendor’s monthly bill. (Snodgrass is shown here in a videoconference with a Zoom marketing manager.) For a full case study with more detail on JAS’ vendor selection and results, click to www.zoom.us/case/jas.
