Ultrasonic banding system for multipacks
This high-performance system is capable of processing speeds up to 150 products/min. (25-30 bundles), forming product bundles in 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 6’s etc. Bundles are then turned, vertically or horizontally, and ultrasonically banded using paper, clear poly film or custom printed materials. By eliminating the need for inner cartons or shrink wrap, the ATS US-2000 CL-TS-L helps reduce waste, lowers packaging costs and increases production efficiency rates, with the added benefit of “zero damage” edge protection.
