With some 2,500 exhibitors and 45,000 international visitors expected, PACK EXPO International will be held in Chicago from Nov. 3-6, 2024. Schubert North America, a subsidiary of the German Schubert Group, will be exhibiting their latest packaging innovations at two locations. Taking center stage at Booth N-6151 in the North Hall they will feature the lightline Casepacker, demonstrating bottle packaging for cleaning products. Additionally, Schubert will showcase a top-loading cartoner for pharmaceutical products at Booth W-16095 in the Healthcare Pavilion.
For Schubert North America, PACK EXPO is an excellent opportunity to showcase its high-performance machines to a broad audience. Among their offerings is the lightline Casepacker, a pre-configured machine that delivers Schubert’s dependable robot-assisted technology at a more cost-effective price and quicker delivery time. The Casepacker features a compact design that ensures exceptional quality, reliability, and efficiency, helping manufacturers maintain their competitive edge for the future.
"We're excited to offer our customers two distinct paths to packaging excellence," says Hartmut Siegel, CEO, Schubert North America. "For those seeking tailored solutions, our highly customizable machines are designed to meet specific requirements. Alternatively, our new lightline series provides cost-effective, pre-configured options with defined product and packaging formats. This dual approach ensures we can meet the diverse needs of our clients, whatever their packaging challenges may be.”
In addition to live demonstrations of the lightline Casepacker at PACK EXPO, Schubert will present their diverse portfolio of packaging machines. As a market-leading producer of fully automated Top Loading Machines (TLM), Schubert provides their customers with future-proof packaging machines solutions that are easy to operate, adaptable for format changeovers, high-performing, and consistently reliable. The TLM machines pack products of all types and from all sectors – from food, confectionery, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and technical products—into trays, cartons, boxes or into flow-wrap bags.
Schubert will also present "Why Sustainable Packaging Needs More Than Material Changes: The Role of Automation" at PACK EXPO’s Innovation Stage. This session will emphasize that achieving true sustainability in packaging extends beyond using sustainable materials. It requires efficient processes, waste reduction and optimized logistics throughout the supply chain. Schubert will showcase how its advanced automation solutions are tackling these challenges, demonstrating the need for a comprehensive approach that integrates sustainability into every aspect of the packaging process.
Beyond their extensive technology portfolio, Schubert offers comprehensive consulting services, including advice on sustainable packaging, process optimization, and improving machine and line efficiency. PACK EXPO attendees are invited to stop by Schubert’s booths to see their packaging equipment demonstrations and engage in meaningful conversation with their experts in N-6151 in the North Hall and W-16095 in the Healthcare Pavilion.
