All-Plastic Design for Compatibility and High Recyclability
Engineered to dispense a generous 3.5 cc per stroke, HDP is ideal for body care, baby care, haircare, and other applications that require a bigger bottle and higher dosage. Its all-plastic design includes a metal-free spring positioned outside of the dosage chamber. This not only ensures product compatibility and formula integrity, but also allows the entire pump to enter the Polypropylene (PP) plastic waste stream. Moreover, Post-Consumer Recycled Resin (PCR) can be blended with conventional resins to further enhance sustainability.
Shelf-Sized, Stackable and E-commerce Capable*
With its down-locking design, HDP is e-commerce capable, keeping it safe and secure in transit. The twist-to-lock pump is easy to use and does not require an additional e-clip to prevent actuation during transportation.
HDP’s short stack height ensures an easy fit and enhanced product visibility on the shelf. At 15 mm, the pump is the shortest in the high-dose, all-plastic market. It is available for the North American market only.
