Econocorp: Moderate-speed cartoning

Sanitary stainless steel construction and PLC control are standard. Bucket conveyor supplies product for bag-in-box operation. An overhead tamping device helps guide bags into cartons. Cartons are deboss-coded and glued with hot-melt adhesive.

Higher-speed, continuous-motion cartoner

For even higher speeds (up to 6ꯠ cartons/hr), the ECM Series cartoner is a rugged, continuous-motion mechanical machine that features fast, easy size change. Sanitary stainless steel construction is standard. optional features include a rotary pick-and-place carton erector, and automatic product loading with continuously moving bucket conveyor and barrel cam loader. No-product/no-carton, no-carton/no-load controls prevent carton waste and damaged product. The base machine's 5-foot manual loading area comfortably accommodates two operators. After loading, cartons are sealed with hot-melt adhesive.
