Dual-infeed palletizer

The Model HSP-6DI is a dual-infeed automatic case palletizer from Currie Machinery Co. (Santa Clara, CA). Developed for high-speed production lines, it can accommodate speeds to 140 cases/min, depending on case and pattern specifications.

Uses an air actuated diverter to separate incoming cases into two lanes. Cases are then transferred onto two gravity accumulation conveyors, where two complete rows are stacked prior to palletizing. This permits cases to be accumulated back-to-back so that the machine runs at maximum efficiency.
