Yerecic Label's new label innovation is fully customizable for retailers or food manufacturers. After the label is utilized, the fact that the package seal is broken becomes obvious. The label allows the package to be opened, closed and resealed repeatedly with the upper portion of the label.

"We have been working hard to perfect this innovative product; we are very excited to bring this new solution to market,” said Yerecic Label President Art Yerecic. “We always strive to find new solutions that will resonate with our customers and their fresh perimeter shoppers."

Labels are the traditional means for sealing packaging in the deli and bakery. The SafetyReseal gives retailers and suppliers the option to take their packaging to the next level. In addition, it gives shoppers the convenience and security they want from their fresh perimeter purchases.

What is most notable about this label is how it adds functionality to existing packaging. Many packaging types used in deli and bakery are traditionally sealed with a prime label or a scale label. The application of the label will be the similar if not exactly the same for most implementations. Additionally the cost of the SafetyReseal will be competitive with labels currently being used. This makes a switch to the more functional SafetyReseal label easy and without much additional investment.

Yerecic Label is also offering a version of this label that does not include the tamper-evident tabs for use where resealable features only are preferred.
