International Paper introduces its Everest Safe-Pak fold-over blister board, specifically developed for pharmaceutical products that need to be kept out of the hands of children.

Patent-pending product is extrusion-coated paperboard with pilfer- and child-resistant properties. Abuse testing has shown this board to have up to 5 times the tear resistance of International Paper’s standard fold-over blister board grade. Board is engineered to seal to all blister materials typically used in the industry, including PVC. PVdC, PETG, and Aclar.
