It is designed for use by smaller filling operations or contract packagers seeking a cost-effective addition to their capping lines.

The system accommodates jar heights of 50-285 mm and Jar diameter 40-140 mm.

The WC150’s features make it ideal as an introductory machine, or in operations where production requirements are moderate and floor space is limited, but reliable performance and quality results are essential. The new system incorporates the main features of the larger WC systems at a lower price point and occupies a reduced footprint.

Silgan Equipment’s steam vacuum technology provides a tight hermetic cap seal, and the WC150’s synchronized machine head and conveyor drive ensure a smooth capping operation. The unit features a compact footprint: 60.6 inches in length, 63 in. tall and 39 in. wide. Constructed of high quality stainless steel (VA, 316L), and acid-resistant plastic materials, WC150 meets the hygiene design requirements of food operation environments, including being wash-down safe
