ARPAC LLC: End-of-line unitization palletizer

The SCHURPAC end-of-line pallet unitization system, a collaboration of Schur International and ARPAC, handles cases, trays and more, and can unitize loads that are column stacked or cross stacked.

Options include an automatic pallet dispenser and bottom sheet, layer and top sheet inserters. Patterns and layers can be quickly changed over for different product sizes. All movements are controlled with an Allen-Bradley® processor and operator interface. The SCHURPAC can be integrated with any ARPAC automatic stretch wrap system. Handles up to 25 cases/trays per minute; up to 30 loads/hour
