The IMF7-15 features several design advancements that enable high-speed bag making and filling while improving product transfer and pouch handling. Engineered for manufacturers looking to increase throughput without compromising package quality, it’s capable of speeds up to 150 pouches per minute.

The IMF7-15 uses a servo-driven traveling funnel system that moves with each pouch through multiple filling stations, providing additional filling time and enabling faster product dispensing while eliminating the need for vacuum opening. The design helps reduce product-in-seal issues and product waste when packaging free-flowing products.
Additional features include an optional power web unwind system for enhanced pouch material handling and straightforward changeover capabilities that help minimize downtime between applications.
The IMF Series is suited for a variety of free-flowing food and consumer products, including snacks, sugar, gum, oats, particulates, cough drops, and similar applications. It combines high-speed operation, effective product containment, and flexible filling capabilities that help manufacturers improve line performance while maintaining consistent pouch quality.
