Fully mechanical, these systems do not use vacuum, pneumatics or
spinning knives. F-160 Shrinkbanders use dual servos for product
handling and sleeve feeding, and are manufactured in three standard
models with line speeds ranging from 30 to 400 cpm. Shrinkbanders apply
tamper evident bands 1 to 2.3 in. (25 to 60 mm) in height, and 2.5 to
6.75 in. (63 to 172 mm) in diameter to tubs and containers. Stainless
steel version of the system is designed for easy wash-down.
