Allows user to integrate a checkweigher into an existing line-shaft transportation conveyor without having to cut the conveyor and add a motor. Unit uses the CASI-1100 Checkweigh Controller and Checkweigh Manager software to ensure in-line scale flexibility. System interface features an easy-to-use Windows® X interface and voice commands in English, Spanish, French, and German. Checkweigher runs at line speeds from 30 to 300’/min, weighs products from 0 to 100 lb, and accommodates products as large as 36”Wx66”L.
